Ellie and her mother were some of my first clients almost 10 years ago and now she is graduation from high school! Ellie is a nature lover, so we planned a location where she could be in the water and also surrounded by greenery and trees. The day was overcast, which created a different mood for the session and we embraced it. Ellie was such a joy to work with and I love how these turned out!
Congrats to Braden, who is off to play football at Oklahoma State University! Meeting mature, respectful, hardworking young adults like him is such a great perk my job. He’s got a bright future ahead of him! Springtime senior sessions with gorgeous light are my favorite. Here are a few of my favorite images from this session:
What a treat it was to meet this family for the first time. They were just the sweetest family of 5! I love how the fall colors came together in their outfit styling. Did you know I offer assistance to my clients with outfit selection for their session? The right colors and styles make a difference, so I like to help guide my clients to look their best for the session.
Nathaniel was born over the Christmas holidays, so we waited a little longer to do his session…and that is ok! I typically suggest that you schedule your Newborn Session within the baby’s first 5-12 days, but sometimes that just doesn’t work out. Don’t stress, we can still get great images at a later time. I am so happy with how his cozy little session turned out!
It was 40 degrees and overcast the day of this session and while that doesn’t sound ideal, it turned out to be perfect. I can’t imagine this session any other way. The gray sky and chilly weather didn’t dim the happiness of this lovely family. We had an amazing time exploring this location and braving while braving the cold!
