Isabella’s One Year Birthday Session was so much fun!  She was the sweetest, happiest girl for her birthday session.  Having taken her newborn photos a year earlier, it was awesome to see how she has grown and to catch up with her Mama.

It is always a treat when I get to do a baby’s Newborn Session and work with the family again for the 6-month or 1-year session (or both)!  Luke’s birthday was around Fiesta in San Antonio, so his Mommy chose a fiesta theme for the family photos, which was perfect!  Then, when it was time for cake, Luke dove right in like a champ!  He was probably the best cake eater I have ever photographed…so awesomely messy!

Isabella is one of happiest and most expressive babies I’ve met!  Loved her precious smile and working with this family again.  Mom asked me if we should do a mint green or pink tutu and I immediately said “green!”  The fun props and the gorgeous cake she brought for the cake smash were perfect!
